Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement collaborative practice agreements to drive patient medication compliance.
  • Ensure department compliance with state regulations and implement best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of prescription medication received and dispensed.
  • Ensure security of the prescription area and its contents are maintained at all times.
  • Foster a team environment and ensure employees operate within guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
  • Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in Maine or ability to obtain licensure.
  • Prior management experience highly preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
