Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and site design, with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with other engineering teams and disciplines within the firm
  • Work independently in a team environment and effectively manage time
  • Obtain required construction permits, including sediment and erosion control, coastal stormwater, water/wastewater
  • Work and coordinate with staff in multiple office locations
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of specific requirements affecting coastal communities in NC and SC
Requirements
  • Minimum of BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent engineering degree from accredited college/university
  • Fundamentals of Engineering (EIT) Registration
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage time efficiently
  • Knowledgeable in specific requirements affecting coastal communities in NC and SC
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience preparing bids and proposals, producing design drawings, and preparing technical specifications
  • Proficient with computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Civil 3D
