1. Implement and ensure compliance with safety programs.
2. Complete all required online management and leadership training.
3. Recruit, hire, train, and deploy a competent workforce.
4. Meet all labor, supply, and equipment budget targets.
5. Conduct regular quality audits and address any deficiencies promptly.
6. Perform periodic performance reviews with client leadership to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met.
7. Adapt to changing customer needs and be hands-on in all contract areas.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven leadership and management experience.
- Previous experience in a managerial role within cleaning or housekeeping services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Familiarity with electronic timekeeping systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills across all levels.
- Exceptional decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check.
