Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing supervision and support to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Responsibilities- Client Supervision: Provide one-to-one supervision to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Group Facilitation: Facilitate group activities and provide support to clients, promoting a sense of community and connection.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, identifying areas of strength and challenge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in behavioral health treatment settings with adolescents a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
