The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the Maintenance Of Way (MOW) Department or a related field, preferably within a Class 1 Railroad, Regional Short Line, Transit System, State DOT Rail Division, Railroad Supplier, Railroad Contractor, and/or Railroad Consultant. A strong understanding of railroad engineering, design, construction, and safety principles is essential. Additionally, the ability to analyze complex situations, make sound decisions, and communicate effectively with employees and clients is crucial. The salary for this position is estimated at around $60,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate jobsites to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Provide clear and concise communication with dispatchers, train crews, and other railroad personnel.

  • Identify and address any rule violations or non-compliance issues.

Requirements:
