The role of the Document Quality Assurance Specialist at NES Fircroft is a crucial part of ensuring our clients receive accurate and reliable engineering documentation. As part of our global team, you will be responsible for reviewing and compiling customer requirement documents for valve packages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support manufacturing and assembly organizations by gathering and inspecting material tests certifications from vendors.
  • Provide quality control support to Channel Partners and End Users as requested.
  • Lead quality documentation processes and implement continuous improvements.
  • Upload Product Quality Records into our company repository for future customer access.

You will also be responsible for compiling document packages with test reports and material test reports for Commercial & Nuclear Control & Safety Relief valves. Additionally, you will review inspection test plans for valves and compile relevant documents. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate with Suppliers and Customers as needed.

Estimated Salary Range

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Requirements
  • 2-year experience in an Administrative/Coordinator role.
  • 2-year experience in valve documentation and quality control environment.
