About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for researching contractual and company quality management system requirements for applicability to specific proposals and program processes and documentation.
You will develop sections of quality metrics, design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements. Your analytical skills will be essential in analyzing capability assessments to support supplier selection activities.
As a member of our team, you will participate in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs. You will also perform data analysis to ensure manufacturing and test readiness, providing material review dispositions for non-conformances.
Your attention to detail will be crucial in analyzing non-conformance trends to evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions. Additionally, you will perform QMS audits and compile performance reports and other statistical data to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Level 2: Researches contractual and Boeing Quality Management System (QMS) requirements for applicability to specific proposals and program processes and documentation.
- Develops sections of quality metrics, design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.
- Analyzes capability assessments to support supplier selection activities.
- Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.
- Performs data analysis to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.

- Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Performs QMS Audits
- Compiles performance reports and other statistical data to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
- Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard.
- Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and failure analysis.
- Experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment.
Salary Range:
The estimated salary range for this position is $94,350 - $127,650 per year, based on location and experience.
