Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of installations to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Operations Management: Work closely with project teams to drive awareness of problems and implement corrective actions to prevent delays and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with installers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all installation and warehouse activities comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 7-10 years of flooring experience, preferably with installation experience.
  • Leadership: Ability to manage multiple crews and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, IPAD, Measure Square, Flooring Software, and forklift operation.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift and carry 40+ lbs, and work in varying temperatures.
