About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Night Shift Financial Coordinator to join our team at Platinum Management Services, LLC. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to guest inquiries.
  • Performing audits and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Processing reservations, handling payments, and maintaining guest folios.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Finance or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in financial coordinating or related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks software.

Salary Range:$40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
