- Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to build, implement, track, and improve decision strategies.
- Work closely with testing teams to ensure effective testing and quality assurance.
- Analyze trends at an organizational level to improve processes and drive business outcomes.
- 5-8 years of experience in HR technology or facilitating large-scale transformational change.
- In-depth understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle processes.
- Thorough understanding of end-to-end testing processes and quality assurance tools.
- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Finance experience is preferred.
