Senior Director of Enterprise Data, Architecture & Integration

Our client, a leading company in the industry, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Enterprise Data, Architecture & Integration to lead their data strategy and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture and enterprise integration, with a focus on enabling AI-ready data strategies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the company's digital transformation objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end solution strategy for modernizing and standardizing core business processes, focusing on creating a scalable, data-driven growth strategy.
  • Transition from disparate legacy ERP systems to a unified global system, ensuring seamless processes, data integration, and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and implement standard integration protocols and APIs to ensure smooth data exchange between disparate systems.
  • Develop and enforce security policies, access controls, and encryption standards across all platforms.
  • Standardize technology platforms, processes, and data models to reduce complexity and enhance efficiency.
  • Emphasize innovation to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving technology landscape, ensuring the company remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of proficiency in defining and implementing enterprise architecture principles.
  • Experience with greenfield data strategy, governance, and foundational concepts for data architecture and engineering, AI & ML.
  • Experience with data integration architecture and engineering in a Buy and Integrate ecosystem.
  • Experience in ERP transformations, with a strong emphasis on Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
