Senior Inspector

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Inspector to join our team. As a Senior Inspector, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects. You'll work closely with our project managers and field staff to conduct inspections, identify discrepancies, and provide expert guidance.

• Conduct thorough inspections of construction projects to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
• Mentor and supervise junior field staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
• Collaborate with project managers and other field representatives to identify and resolve issues
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to identify potential issues and discrepancies
• Document observations and findings in a clear and concise manner
• Provide expert guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful project delivery

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in construction inspection or a related field
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Preference given to local candidates with experience working on bridge and highway projects
