Job Title: Marketing Manager

At Orthopaedic Solutions Management, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing exceptional marketing campaigns and strategies that meet and/or exceed business objectives.

About the Role:

The Marketing Manager will provide insight regarding new initiatives and stay up to date with marketing trends within the industry. Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform day-to-day project management of the marketing department.
  • Manage Online Reputation Management platform for practice locations and physician listings on Google, Healthgrades, UcompareHealthcare, Vitals, RateMDs, etc.
  • Record and assign negative survey results to management and QA to close the loop by ensuring responses are communicated to patients.
  • Manage FOI Facebook and respond to any comments accordingly.
  • Assess employee engagement and physician satisfaction as related to the patient experience.
  • Collaborate with Director and Chief Medical Officer to identify opportunities for engaging physicians in patient experience improvement activities.
  • Develop strategies and coaching plans for staff and physicians. Provide one-on-one and team/department coaching for division and organizational leadership as well as staff that targets improving customer satisfaction and the patient experience.
  • Outreach Program - Serve as the liaison between Florida Orthopaedic Institute and entities such as high school sports, club sports, and community events. Managing all marketing activities including, but not limited to events and collateral.
  • Maintain collateral and inventory list, including stocking and maintaining collateral in all clinic office zones.
  • Serve as point person for outreach in print media and radio spots; coordinating physician participants.
  • Responsible for internal newsletters design, layout, collecting all information, etc.
  • Serve as point person and expert for reputation management platform database.
  • Responsible for tracking monthly Google Star ratings by clinic location.
  • Supports staff recognition program projects.
  • Promote physicians and services through public relations initiatives.
  • Visits referring physician offices with company information and promotional material to build effective referral relationships.
  • Analyzes referral patterns and competitive landscape to create and execute an efficient canvassing strategy, using an existing database of targeted physicians.
  • Hospital Relationships - Manage all key relationships and partnerships with hospital liaisons.
  • Coordinates with doctors, clinical, and operational functions to ensure sufficient communication and support for marketing and outreach activities.
  • Coordinates and delivers professional presentations for in-services, videos, seminars, open houses, tours, and group meetings.
  • All other duties as assigned
About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to foster customer relationships and work with cross-functional teams.
