Job Title: Dispensary Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispensary Manager to join our team at GrowHealthy. As a Dispensary Manager, you will be responsible for leading our dispensary team to deliver exceptional patient service, drive sales growth, and maintain a safe and compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Motivate Team Members: Inspire and coach employees to create a patient-centric environment, resulting in a memorable and positive patient experience.
  • Deliver Exceptional Patient Service: Observe, listen, interact, and follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, including inventory reporting, employee reporting, patient reporting, and packaging.
  • Ensure a Clean and Safe Environment: Maintain a clean and safe environment for all employees and patients, including the sales floor, back room, manager offices, and restrooms.
  • Adaptability and Goal Achievement: Consistently achieve goals despite stress and ambiguity.
  • Provide Feedback and Coaching: Provide positive and constructive feedback to help employees meet expectations and goals.
  • Implement Information Systems: Ensure the effective application of information, tools, and systems required to meet patient needs.
  • Recruit, Hire, and Train Employees: Recruit, hire, and train employees in compliance with all Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Merchandising and Operations: Spearhead merchandising, operations, marketing, and execution of store and company standards.
  • Community Networking: Participate in networking and creating positive relationships within the community.
  • Change Management: Initiate and support change in policies, procedures, and products as the company grows.
  • Performance Management: Responsible for performance management of all employees in partnership with Human Resources.
  • Store P&L and Controllable Expenses: Responsible and accountable for store P&L and controllable expenses.
  • Store Opening and Closing Procedures: Responsible for all store opening and closing procedures.
  • Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Responsible for all cash handling procedures and inventory management.
  • Staff Scheduling: Responsible for staff scheduling.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of exceptional leadership, management, communication, and training skills in a customer-centric sales environment. Previous store management experience preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use Level 2 Background Screening.
  • Must possess the ability to process information/merchandise through POS register system.
  • Must possess the ability to use computers and technology for information, and to access information necessary to complete the job.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Business, Marketing, Retail, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead, delegate, and motivate staff.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the Florida Medical Marijuana Rules & Regulations is a plus.
