Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Digital Product Manager to join our Direct to Consumer Digital Product Management team. This individual will play a critical role in driving our digital ambition by collaborating with global business leaders to create and execute digital roadmaps that drive the growth of our Direct to Consumer business through the implementation of new technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital product strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital products and features
  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of minimum viable products and scale them when validated
  • Manage the entire product life cycle from discovery through creation and validation to production and repeat
  • Break down complex product visions into user stories, storyboards, and prioritized features
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
  • Facilitate communication throughout the development process between internal stakeholders, including global and regional marketing, and ecom operations teams
  • Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal stakeholder groups, including IT, Engineering, and Legal
  • Develop organizational talent and develop team skillsets

Requirements for Success:

  • Experience with digital marketing technologies, including email and SMS direct marketing, CRM, CDP, loyalty, site personalization, and tag management platforms
  • A natural decision-maker who inspires confidence in those they work with
  • Excellent product judgment and intuition for what people want to do
  • Appreciation for detail and ability to make pragmatic decisions
  • Strategic insight and understanding of the industry
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
  • Leadership skills and ability to organize chaotic situations
  • Terrific communication skills and ability to persuade and be sensitive to nuance
  • Creativity and ability to solve problems large and small
  • Writing ability and ability to write clear and concise text
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field; MBA is a plus
