As a Home Care Aide, your responsibilities will include providing personalized support to clients in their residences, which may involve:
- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
- Supporting personal care activities including dressing, grooming, and meal assistance
- Helping with errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must possess STNA certification or have completed a Home Health Aide Training program of at least 75 hours, including 16 hours of supervised practical training covering essential topics.
- Good physical health is required, including documentation of a tuberculosis test conducted within six months prior to the first assignment (if applicable).
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, including organizational and state-mandated training.
*Caregivers must meet state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, time off, and bonuses may vary by state and location. Caregivers must be active employees at the time of bonus payout. Previous caregivers who have not worked for Help at Home in the last 12 months are eligible for bonuses. Caregivers transferring from other organizations within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio are not eligible for bonuses.
