Client Relationship Manager

About the Role: This is a full-time on-site role that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining assigned accounts, taking ownership of account issues, and following through with resolutions. You will also monitor systems to ensure orders meet customers' SLA, set up appointments, and maintain scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing and maintaining assigned accounts.
- Taking ownership of account issues and following through with resolutions.
- Monitoring systems to ensure orders meet customers' SLA.
- Setting up appointments and maintaining scheduling.
- Submitting tickets for missed appointments and following up for rescheduling.
- Sending billing forms for non-inclusive services performed on the order level to the Billing department.
- Maintaining an orderly workflow according to priority tasks.
- Preparing and QC orders prior to warehouse handoff, at least 24-48 hours before pickup appointment.
Requirements: Experience in logistics, fulfillment, or transportation industry, familiarity with EDI knowledge and specific account management, ability to close (ship) orders systematically and submit ASN's as per vendor's requirements, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and strong organizational and time management skills.
