Job Overview

About the Role
This position will facilitate long-term planning activities, develop project scopes, and create compelling visual presentation material. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Participate in short and long-range planning activities for Customer Account Management, Customer Care Services, and Customer Energy Solutions
* Develop, maintain, and monitor departmental budget, creating all necessary documents for executive presentation
* Manage purchasing procurement process, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
* Assist in formulating departmental policies and operating procedures
* Evaluate program effectiveness and efficiency to meet departmental business goals

Requirements
* Graduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a field related to the job, plus four (4) years of administrative/management experience
* Project Management and/or Process Improvement certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma), or the ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
* Experience working with vulnerable populations, knowledge of fiscal planning and budget preparation, supervisory and managerial techniques and principles, and quantitative, qualitative, and financial data analysis
