Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive research and evaluation of urban environments, transit systems, zoning regulations, and related factors.
  • Create detailed presentation graphics and diagrams for a variety of development initiatives.
  • Develop schematic designs for extensive urban projects.
  • Engage with consultants throughout the design phases to ensure cohesive project execution.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Urban Design and Planning.
  • Expertise in design software including AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A professional degree is mandatory; an advanced degree is preferred.
