Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Representative to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our service operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and manage service agreement renewals, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with clients.
  • Provide administrative support to the service operations team, including data entry, reporting, and reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist with customer call handling, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to resolve disputes and ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
  • Support the inventory control process, including updating equipment asset transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the service operations team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, plus three to five years of related work experience in a service or sales environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other business applications.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Experience in contract financials and accounts receivable is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Experience in HVAC or a related field.
  • Accounts receivable experience.
  • Basic project accounting or costing principles.
