Job Description

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the prioritization and execution of product features and key initiatives within the Consumer Solutions Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business case development for new platforms to enhance efficiency and expand Aon Consumer Benefits ability to serve its clients
  • Conduct user research; build and utilize personas to understand user needs, expectations and experiences; survey and analyze design; manage A/B testing to measure content, design and features
  • Formulate and be accountable for objectives and key results (OKRs) for various initiatives and projects, aligned to business goals and designed to drive user outcomes
  • Collaborate with other teams (Training, Operations) to support effective Change Management for successful transition of projects and initiatives
  • Gather, manage, and prioritize market/customer requirements
  • Define customer needs and the associated features to meet those needs. Ensure each story has the correct acceptance criteria
  • Continually assess minimally viable product list to support the business goals
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a product manager, program manager and/or other applicable leadership position
  • Experience designing and building websites and other digital assets
  • Excellent personal interaction skills, strong networking ability
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, people and projects simultaneously to success
  • Experience in Agile Thinking & Delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technical skills across MSO Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with scalable and responsive web designs using the CSS, HTML 5, bootstrap and JavaScript
  • Experience in creative tooling such as Figma or Adobe XD Experience
  • Establish macro design guidelines, front-end documentation, and best practices, and ensure that the uniformity across UX experiences

  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives
