Product Visionary

At RLDatix, we're on a mission to improve healthcare by enabling a world where patients receive the best and safest care possible. We're seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Life Sciences Product Management team.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment between vision and outcomes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure customers' needs are met by the delivery outcome.
• Own the software delivery process from requirement definition through to production use.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and product management teams to establish feature design and ensure solutions meet customer needs.
• Prioritize feature backlog during the software development process, adapting feature investment to maintain customer value.
• Measure and manage the product defect backlog, providing a single source of customer impact representation in prioritization of defects.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of product owner work experience.
• Strong customer-engagement skills, with the ability to engage with customers at varying levels of seniority.
• Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
• Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders within a given project.
