Key Responsibilities:
As an LPN, you will be responsible for:
  • Conducting daily rounds to assess and monitor residents' conditions.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of patient care and services.
  • Training and mentoring new staff members.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A valid LPN license in the state.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
This role requires:
- The ability to lift and move patients as needed.
- Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- The capability to handle medical equipment and supplies.
