Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at BayMark Health Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and coordinate quality medication services to clients, working under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor.
  • Conduct timely and thorough initial nursing assessments, adhering to agency policy and state standards.
  • Coordinate agency response to infection control issues and maintain regular contact with medical and psychiatric consultants.
  • Monitor lab results, PCP letters, and prior service information to ensure quality care in pharmacological management services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Nursing Supervisor, including attending meetings and trainings.
Requirements
  • LPN or Registered Nurse licensure in Ohio.
  • Three years of experience in a nursing setting, preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and families.
  • Strong organizational skills, writing, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to navigate Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
