Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our senior living community in Pensacola, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the community, ensuring the highest level of care and service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the financial, human resource, and operational management of the community.
  • Implement policies and procedures related to resident care, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Supervise and assist in the provision of resident services, including coordination with independently contracted health care providers.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, evaluate, and discipline community team members.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy targets.
  • Coordinate maintenance standards and ensure compliance with company policy and state requirements.
  • Manage and direct all activities in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as community policies and procedures.
  • Operate within budget projections, ensuring income and expenses are controlled.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; college credits or degree preferred.
  • RHA, LNHA, HFA preferred (required in some states).
  • Must satisfy state experience requirements, including licensure or credentials to run a senior living community.
  • Experience in managing a program or community in senior living preferred; a minimum of three to five years of leadership experience required.
