Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated team member to join our team in a growing fast-casual restaurant environment. As a Restaurant Team Member, you will be responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests, maintaining a clean restaurant, and supporting our team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and engage with guests to provide a positive experience, answer questions about our menu and ingredients, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Understand and maintain food safety and quality standards, including proper handling and storage of ingredients and cleaning of equipment and surfaces.
  • Team Support: Communicate effectively with managers, fellow team members, and customers to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Technology Support: Support customers with technology, including kiosk and QR code table ordering.
  • Culinary Skills: Become familiar with building stir-fry meals while maintaining quality standards, cleanliness, and safety guidelines.
  • Menu Knowledge: Understand our menu, including dietary restrictions, common ingredients, signature sauces, and ability to describe flavor profiles.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Preferred but not required.
  • Team Player: Hard-working team player with the desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand through duration of shift.
  • Age: Be at least 16 years old.
