Position Overview
The Ladders is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to enhance our dynamic finance team.

This role will involve direct reporting to the Accounting Manager or CFO, playing a crucial part in our financial operations as we expand our presence in the market.

We are interested in candidates with a robust background in small business and startup accounting, ideally possessing 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and categorize financial transactions in the general ledger as directed by the accounting manager.
- Generate and send invoices to clients, record sales transactions, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare and analyze monthly cash flow reports.
- Conduct month-end and year-end financial closings.
- Reconcile sub-ledgers with general ledger account balances.
- Oversee monthly closing procedures and compile inventory reports.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Develop weekly and monthly profit and loss projection reports for corporate headquarters.
- Report directly to the Accounting Manager or CFO.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; adept with spreadsheets.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
- Commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
- CPA certification is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is highly preferred.
