Job Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our ICU team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
  • Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Perform various nursing tasks, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
  • Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS at time of hire.
  • Current active Florida or Compact Nursing License.
  • Prefer one year, full-time or 3 years, part-time experience in acute care setting.
