ICU Registered Nurse RN Full Time Night Shift

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse RN to join our team at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center.
Job Summary:
The ICU Registered Nurse RN will provide high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
- 2+ years of ICU experience.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
