Job Title: Registered Nurse ICU Full Time Nights

At Lakewood Ranch Medical Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU team on a full-time night shift basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe and competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
  • Lead and support the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
  • Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification.
  • Current active Florida or Compact Nursing License.
  • Prefer one year, full-time or 3 years, part-time experience in acute care setting.
