The Opportunity:

Our Client seeks an experienced associate for our Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group in one of our Chicago, Kansas City, Denver, Dallas or Philadelphia offices.

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including: designing and implementing tax-qualified and non-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans; executive compensation aspects of mergers and acquisitions; taxation issues related to executive compensation arrangements; and drafting employment and executive compensation arrangements.

Candidates must possess a strong academic record, law firm experience, and excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills. We are particularly interested in candidates who can contribute to the growth and development of our national practice.

What to Expect:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $230,000 - $330,000 based on experience, as well as a discretionary bonus tied to performance. The position is also eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, voluntary vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
