Responsibilities:
  • Design and lead structured afterschool activities for preschool and elementary-aged children
  • Supervise children during afterschool hours, ensuring a safe and engaging play-based learning environment
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and school staff
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in education or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in childcare, education, or related settings preferred
  • Knowledge of child development and behavior management techniques
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliability and professionalism
  • CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain within 30 days of job start
