Job Title: Adjunct Instructor, Business

Temple College is seeking a qualified Adjunct Instructor, Business to join our team. As an Adjunct Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching business courses to students in a variety of settings, including online and on-campus.

Job Summary:

The Adjunct Instructor, Business will teach business courses, develop curriculum, and assess student learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and experience teaching adult learners.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach business courses, including introductory and advanced courses
  • Develop curriculum and assessments for business courses
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement business programs
  • Participate in departmental and college-wide meetings and activities
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Business or related field
  • Experience teaching adult learners
  • Strong background in business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PhD in Business or related field
  • Experience teaching online courses
  • Experience developing curriculum and assessments
Working Conditions:

The Adjunct Instructor, Business will work in a variety of settings, including online and on-campus. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
