Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Assess Patient Needs - Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, psychological, and socioeconomic status to identify care needs.
  • Develop and Implement Care Plans - Create and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team - Work with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide Education and Support - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.

Requirements

  • Education - Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
  • Licensure - Registered Nurse licensure required.
