  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement business cases and proposals.
  • Proficient in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, and Trello.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Working Conditions:

This role requires frequent travel to project sites, with occasional overnight stays. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
