Job Title: Senior Project Manager, PDS Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services team on a progressive financial services account. This role will involve hands-on management and oversight of multiple projects in the retail multi-site sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage industry-changing projects from start to finish, leveraging strong knowledge of construction projects to drive business growth through innovative ideas.
  • Contribute to the development of project budgeting and scheduling, overseeing strategy and execution through completion of construction.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional client experiences by providing innovative solutions to conflicting priorities.
  • Create strategic and collaborative solutions, contributing to the establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives, and best practices to drive results as a team.
  • Develop successful, diverse teams through inclusive and thoughtful means of communication, measuring success by developing winning strategies for project execution.
  • Manage client and vendor relationships, resolving conflicts and maintaining account relationships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (highly preferred).
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in project or construction management, with retail construction management and/or owners' representative experience preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management technology tools and a willingness to continually develop skills.
  • A proven track record of results, with the ability to act decisively, think big, and manage time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
  • Estimated total compensation: $122,200.00 - $177,200.00 USD per year.
