About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teller Supervisor to join our team at Associated Banc-Corp. As a Teller Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive efficient and friendly service, while also directing the day-to-day operational activities of the teller area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train tellers to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
  • Direct the day-to-day operational activities of the teller area, including cash handling and customer transactions
  • Identify and service customer needs, resolving issues and promoting financial solutions
  • Support the sales process by coaching and motivating tellers to refer customers to bankers
  • Share product and service promotions with customers, promoting financial growth and development
  • Ensure compliance with outside regulations and corporate standard operating procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 years of customer service experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
