We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teller Supervisor to join our team at Associated Banc-Corp. As a Teller Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and that our branch operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and supervise the day-to-day activities of the teller area, ensuring that each customer's experience is positive and memorable.
- Train and develop tellers on operational issues, policies, and procedures.
- Make judgment decisions and coach referrals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify customers' needs comprehensively and match them with suitable products and services.
- Direct and demonstrate all customer channels, including digital technology, to provide a positive customer experience.
- Oversee the operational integrity of the retail office, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Exhibit and support a culture of flexibility and mobility to meet the expectations of our branch and customer needs.
- Perform customer banking transactions, identify and service customer needs, and resolve issues.
- Answer customer questions to ensure satisfaction and safety.
- Supervise the teller staff and direct day-to-day operational activities within the teller area.
- Support the sales process by coaching and motivating tellers to refer customers in need of additional financial solutions to bankers.
- Share product and service promotions and new opportunities with our customers.
- Coach, train, and develop tellers.
- Ensure compliance with outside regulations and corporate standard operating procedures.
- Perform periodic cash counts of teller windows and cash vault.
- High School or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-4 years of demonstrated customer service skills in a retail environment and computer experience.
