Job Summary

Associated Banc-Corp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Teller Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and that our branch operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct the day-to-day activities of the teller area, ensuring efficient and friendly service to customers.
  • Train and develop tellers to provide excellent customer service and to meet sales goals.
  • Coach and motivate tellers to identify and service customer needs, and to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform customer banking transactions, including cash handling and account maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies and procedures.
  • Perform periodic cash counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 years of experience in a retail banking environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
