Position Overview:
The role of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the field of Endocrinology at CentraCare Health Plaza is now available. This facility is recognized as the largest outpatient clinic within the CentraCare Health network, featuring a comprehensive array of specialty and primary care services.

Primary Responsibilities:
This position will primarily concentrate on managing diabetes care, providing essential support to patients in this critical area of health.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position (1.0 FTE)
- Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- No on-call responsibilities
- Weekends and holidays are not required
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, with eligibility for licensure in Minnesota
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience or personal background in diabetes management.
