Job Title: Early Childhood Developmental Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Early Childhood Developmental Therapist to join our team. As a Developmental Therapist, you will play a vital role in nurturing the growth and development of young children with autism.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to provide personalized one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child development, psychology, or a related field, and be able to implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based, naturalistic therapeutic techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.
  • Implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer and tablet usage.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are crucial, along with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
