Area HR Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area HR Director to join our team at US Foods, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function for the area, providing strategic guidance and support to business leaders, and driving employee relations initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the HR team and provide strategic guidance to business leaders on HR-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address employee relations issues and develop solutions to improve employee experience.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to HR team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs to recognize and reward employees for their contributions.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Provide support to business leaders on talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR metrics and analytics to measure HR performance and drive business results.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Proven track record of success in leading HR teams and driving business results.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
