We are seeking a highly organized Service Advisor to assist with various tasks, ensure office efficiency, and provide exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess superior communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering EPIC planning experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a personal client base as a private wealth manager, providing EPIC planning services using Nitrogen, Retirement Analyzer, Salesforce, and other software tools.
  • Process new business applications, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a client coordinator, preparing review summaries, coordinating appointments, and maintaining effective communication with advisors and clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous client interaction experience in an office environment
  • 5+ years of financial industry experience
  • CFP or equivalent certification
  • Licenses and insurance requirements met

What We Offer:

  • $70K-$80K salary range
  • Monthly commission opportunities (uncapped)

Work Environment:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (in-office), with flexibility for occasional remote work arrangements.
