Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist bartenders in maintaining a clean and stocked bar area, ensuring prompt and friendly service to our guests.
  • Provide support to bartenders during peak periods, helping to manage the flow of guests and maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Restock bars with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins, ensuring that our guests have everything they need.
  • Maintain all bottle and keg beer pars during and after shift, ensuring that our inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensure bar areas remain clean, emptying trash and spot sweeping as needed.
  • Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and close, ensuring that our bars are always ready for the next shift.
  • Perform opening and closing responsibilities, including party breakdown and duties.
  • Assist in cleanliness and organization of all bar storage areas, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Participate in all incentives and contests, driving sales and promoting the brand.
  • Assist other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
  • Ability to work in environments with both hot and cold temperatures, such as freezers and around cooking equipment.
  • Ability to read and write handwritten notes.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift.
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently.
