Key Responsibilities- Assist bartenders in maintaining a clean and stocked bar area, ensuring prompt and friendly service to our guests.
- Provide support to bartenders during peak periods, helping to manage the flow of guests and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Restock bars with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins, ensuring that our guests have everything they need.
- Maintain all bottle and keg beer pars during and after shift, ensuring that our inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensure bar areas remain clean, emptying trash and spot sweeping as needed.
- Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and close, ensuring that our bars are always ready for the next shift.
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities, including party breakdown and duties.
- Assist in cleanliness and organization of all bar storage areas, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
- Participate in all incentives and contests, driving sales and promoting the brand.
- Assist other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
- Ability to work in environments with both hot and cold temperatures, such as freezers and around cooking equipment.
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently.
- Competitive hourly rate of $16.75 per hour.
