Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bid requests encompassing Request for Information (RFI), Request for Quote (RFQ), and Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish commercial terms for item procurement, supporting new production needs, engineering modifications, or assisting the contracts estimating team.
  • Load and maintain ERP data essential for enabling purchase order placements by supply chain teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to purchased items.
  • Analyze complex Bill of Material evolution to pinpoint opportunities, trends, and configuration changes.
  • Oversee purchasing responsibilities related to the change management process.

Qualifications:

We seek service-oriented team players with strong interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor, adaptable to our innovative and evolving environment.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in Purchasing or Supply Chain, preferably in sourcing electrical components/materials for the Aerospace sector.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; advanced proficiency in written and spoken Spanish is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation capabilities and the ability to manage multiple vendors.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate actions among groups and teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
