Key Responsibilities

  • Support and embody the company's Core Values of Champion, Challenger, and Cheerleader
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and the business
  • Consult with line of business and management to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Design and deliver training programs using adult learning methodologies and instructional design models
  • Facilitate instructor-led training and virtual training sessions
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Coordinate training schedules and logistics
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including participant guides, facilitator guides, and visual aids

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in learning and development or a related field
  • Experience using instructional design models, such as ADDIE
  • Ability to facilitate learning in a formal classroom and virtual environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and listening skills
  • Basic understanding of eLearning tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
