About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher Custodian to join our team at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all food preparation surfaces, counters, and shelves in the kitchen following each meal.
• Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine, ensuring it is clean and sanitized at all times.
• Sweep and mop the kitchen floor after each meal, removing any trash or debris.
• Wash and sort flatware, serving dishes, china, and glasses, ensuring they are clean and sanitized for use.
