About the Role:


Clean and sanitize the kitchen and food preparation areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.


Responsibilities:


  • Clean and sanitize all food preparation surfaces, counters, and shelves in the kitchen.
  • Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine and other kitchen equipment.
  • Wash and sort flatware, serving dishes, china, and glasses.
  • Sweep and mop the kitchen floor after each meal.
  • Remove trash and recyclables as assigned.
