Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients within twenty-four hours of physician referral and develop effective treatment plans
  • Treat patients according to physician-approved treatment plans
  • Assist nursing staff with training of Restorative Aides and supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in direct patient care
  • Communicate with supervisor and other healthcare team members regarding patient progress and problem-solving

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, preferably from a Master's or Doctorate program
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state
  • Proficient in computer skills, including data input into programs such as NetHealth and PointClickCare
