About Your Position:
As a Child Welfare Support Specialist at Clarvida, LLC, you will engage with children, adolescents, and their families who are part of the Child Welfare system. Your role will involve providing essential support, educational resources, and connections to community services.

In your interactions with families in both foster and biological settings, you will facilitate supervised visitations, offer transportation when necessary, and deliver training in parenting and life skills. Additionally, you will assist with substance abuse education, budgeting, meal planning, housing solutions, and employment guidance.

This position requires a flexible schedule to accommodate both your personal commitments and the needs of your clients, including availability for after-hours calls to manage crisis situations.

You will receive ongoing support through weekly supervision, training sessions, and collaborative meetings with your colleagues.

Do You Meet the Following Qualifications?
At least one (1) of the following:
High School Diploma or equivalent or Associate's Degree
AND a minimum of four (4) years of full-time casework experience with children and families focused on child protection and care; OR
Bachelor's Degree; OR
Master's Degree

AND
A valid driver's license in good standing and active vehicle insurance
